Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Gaffneys Sweets & Treats you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days from the date the parcel is marked as delivered.
If you choose to cancel your order you should first of all contact us via email @ gaffneyssweetsandtreats@gmail.com
Once the return has been received and is deemed to meet the 'Returns Standards' your refund will be processed within 14 days via the original method of payment.
Returns standards
For returns to be eligible for refund you need to ensure that:
- The goods have been purchased in the last 14 days
- The packaging is unopened and in its original condition
The Following items cannot be returned:
- Orders made to your own specification
- Personalised products
- Opened Unsealed Products
- Orders with items missing
We reserve the right to refuse the return of goods which do not meet the above returns standards.
